If you wish to canel your reservation please understand that we are charge cancellation fees. Up to three months prior to arrival cancelling is free of charge. Thereafter, fees (according AGBH 2006 - General terms and conditions for the hotel industry) calculated in proportion of the agreed price. We therefore recommend booking a travel insurance from the European travel insurance > Europäische Reiseversicherung
